Now is a great time of year for an early win & spring clean (or create!) some of your procedures.

Nothing too detailed in this post, but 21 procedure ideas is more than enough to help you find ‘the one’ & start to make a difference by ensuring consistency across the things you do.

Still struggling for an idea? If nothing in this list gets your procedural juices going, then start with a campaign procedure for your book.

Start at the top of the funnel and record where traffic for this campaign comes from, and the campaign specifics (names, budget, responsibilities, etc)

Next, capture the landing page (or text number, or voicemail) and the details in your CRM. Record how traffic comes in and how you flag people with the right amount of inform so you can segment your list later.

Lastly, follow ups. What emails are people sent. Is there any manual outreach. What is the call to action, or next step.

At a glance, you (or anyone on the team) can see the necessary steps, the consistency, potential, and scope of the campaign. It’s also much easier to check your emails amplify the issue people were originally having, and offer a clear next step.

As a bonus tip, be consistent with the way you name things. As far as possible, make sure you use the same/similar campaign names across ads, landing pages, CRM flags, and emails.
