We all want/need to use some level of automation to keep track of campaigns. The reality is, without it you will not stay on top of the steps you put in place (and let’s face it… at scale it just becomes boring). The trick is staying authentic.
I’ve heard Dean say automation is only ‘delivering the same message I’d send, if I could trust myself to consistently sent it’. Going into campaign messages with that frame is a great way to maintain an authentic vibe. What would you say if you were only sending this message to the one person?
